US domestic shipping is free for pins and for orders over $75. International shipping is calculated based on weight and destination.
Refunds and Exchanges
We understand that purchasing yarn on-line can be a bit hit-or-miss, especially when a specific hue is needed. We do our best to accurately represent the color of the yarn, but can't control differences in monitor settings. Thus, exchanges or returns for store credit are always accepted within 30 days of purchase on in-stock yarn that is in it's original condition: clean, scent-free, unopened, unused, and not wound. Special-order yarn, and yarn that has been wound cannot be returned or exchanged.
Also, items damaged in shipping will be replaced at our expense. Please include a description of the damage, with pictures, in your email requesting a return label.
All other items are neither returnable, nor exchangeable. These items include, but are not limited to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
To return your product, please email email@example.com for a return label.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
