Inspired by holiday gift wrap, Box Me Up Towels from Valley Yarns combines great texture and pattern for a quick and satisfying weave on a Rigid Heddle loom. Our Valley Yarns 5/2 Cotton Stonewash lends a rich depth to the final cloth—try it in Burgundy or one of our other Stonewash options! This draft is beginner friendly.
Equipment: Rigid Heddle loom at least 20” wide, 10-dent reed, 2 shuttles (double-bobbin boat shuttle useful as one of these but not necessary), 1-3 bobbins, fray check.
