It worked great for the project but the person I gifted the hat too said it was too itchy.
I finished my "Einstein" coat made with the Lopi yarn, and it is exquisite! The finished product exceeded my expectations. I ordered buttons from Stockwell ceramics in Cornwall, which accented the jacket to perfection. The yarn is wonderful to work with...I have knitted with it for years. I can't thank WEBS enough for having it in their inventory. They are my main source of yarns.
Love the rich color of the Acorn brown. I am finishing an edge of a floor rug, and expect this yarn will wear very well!
Lovely lightweight bulky yarn for an Icelandic sweater. Good value.
Lovely colors and easy to work. Might not be good for garments worn close to the skin.
Yarn is too itchy.
I love this 100% wool yarn. Squishy and soft and still wooly. Makes for great sweaters and hats, etc.
I love Lopi for knitting fishing sweaters-keeps you warm and dry on the water while looking good too. The fish odor doesn’t linger in it either.
